WHAT I HANDLE
Load sourcing on DAT, Truckstop and broker boards, matched to your lanes, equipment and home-time rules. Rate negotiation with brokers, never below the floor rate per mile you set. Carrier packets, broker set-up paperwork and rate confirmations. Check calls with drivers and brokers, and load status monitoring through the run. Detention, layover and TONU claims when they come up. Paperwork for invoicing and factoring: BOLs, PODs and rate cons filed per load. Daily driver schedule and a weekly summary of loads, miles, deadhead and revenue per truck. Compliance admin: IFTA mileage records, permit and insurance renewal diary.
HOW IT RUNS
You give me the permissions I need for your load boards and document folders. We agree lanes, minimum rate per mile, equipment and home-time rules. From there I run the desk and report to you daily. I do not book anything under your floor rate without asking you first.

I built FreightDesk, a dispatch dashboard running on sample data, to show how I organise a board: load pipeline, driver status, paperwork stage and revenue per truck. It is a demo I built myself to show my process, not a delivered client system and not real client data.
