Work Terms

Availability
Available for remote Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant engagements across time zones. Open to part-time, full-time, and project-based support.

Working Hours
Flexible working hours with availability for priority tasks, scheduled meetings, and urgent follow-ups when required.

Communication
Clear, prompt, and professional communication via Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other preferred platforms. Regular updates and status reports are provided to ensure alignment.

Scope of Support
Services include executive calendar and inbox management, task monitoring, follow-ups, research, documentation, report vetting, administrative coordination, content support, and operational oversight.

Confidentiality
Strict adherence to confidentiality and discretion. Sensitive documents, communications, and records are handled with the highest level of professionalism.

Tools & Systems
Experienced with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Trello, Asana, Zoom, and other productivity and collaboration tools.

Turnaround Time
Tasks are acknowledged promptly and completed within agreed timelines. Urgent requests are prioritized accordingly.

Payment Terms
Open to hourly, weekly, or monthly retainers depending on the scope of work. Payment schedule to be agreed upon before commencement.

Onboarding Process
Initial briefing to understand executive preferences, priorities, and systems, followed by the setup of task monitoring and communication structures for a seamless workflow.
