I am a consultant specializing in Workday and digital transformation for HR, with experience in large data migration and change management projects.

Currently working with NATO at SHAPE with integrated database migration, cloud and software implementation. At the same time I've started to expand my knowledge on basic Programming and Data Science: SQL, Power Query, Power BI and Python.

I have worked with Workday as a Change Analyst in HCM, helping companies implement Workday effectively, optimizing their processes and ensuring a smooth adoption. I also specialize in database migration and integration in HR environments, ensuring an efficient and error-free transition.

I also have a background in Business Administration and International Studies. With a previous experience in Human Resources and international experiences where I have acquired several language skills in French, Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese.
