Hi, I'm Claire.

I enjoy helping people turn complex, time-consuming tasks into organised, manageable solutions. Whether that's cleaning and analysing data, preparing reports, coordinating projects or providing reliable administrative support, I take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work that clients can depend on.

My background spans research, administration and project coordination across education, non-profit and commercial organisations. Throughout my career I've worked with large and small datasets, supported research projects, produced reports, coordinated activities and helped teams stay organised and on track.

Clients describe me as organised, dependable and thorough. I have a keen eye for detail, communicate clearly and always aim to deliver work that is accurate, professional and completed on time. I believe good freelance relationships are built on trust, reliability and open communication, and I enjoy helping clients solve problems so they can focus on growing their business.

I'm an adventurer at heart and enjoy exploring Canada's beautiful landscapes with my husband and dog. That same sense of curiosity extends to my work, where I enjoy learning new skills, embracing new challenges and collaborating with a diverse range of people and organisations.

Work Terms

My regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm (Eastern Time). I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business hours. Weekend availability can be arranged for urgent projects.

Clear communication is key to a successful project. I provide regular updates, ask questions whenever clarification is needed, and ensure expectations, timelines and deliverables are agreed from the outset.

I welcome both fixed-price and hourly projects. Larger projects can be completed in agreed milestones to ensure transparency and flexibility.
