I’m John Rey Rebulado, a Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and an aspiring Executive Assistant passionate about helping busy executives stay organized, productive, and focused on growing their business.

I completed almost six months of internship experience at Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel Makati, where I worked in both the Front Office and Finance–Purchasing departments. During my internship, I was honored with the Best Intern Award for my performance, professionalism, and dedication. My experience strengthened my skills in administrative support, document management, procurement coordination, customer service, records management, and cross-functional communication.

I specialize in calendar and email management, meeting coordination, document organization, data entry, and workflow support. I'm proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, Trello, Asana, and ClickUp, allowing me to streamline administrative processes and improve productivity.

I value professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and proactive communication. My goal is to become a trusted partner who helps executives save time, stay organized, and operate more efficiently.

Outside of work, I enjoy learning new productivity tools, exploring AI technologies, creating organized systems, and continuously developing my skills to provide exceptional support to clients around the world.

Work Terms

Availability: Full-time
Hours: Flexible; available for US, UK, and Australian time zones, including night shifts
Hourly Rate: $7 USD/hour
Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Email
Response Time: Within 12 hours (Monday–Friday)
Turnaround: Reliable and deadline-driven with timely task completion
Time Zone: Philippine Time (UTC+8)
Equipment: Personal laptop, noise-cancelling headset, stable 50 Mbps internet with mobile hotspot backup
