My name is Leonardo Campos, I have a degree in Accounting and a postgraduate degree in Auditing, Controllership and Financial Management and I worked for several years in Credit Unions. To gain geographic freedom, I decided to work as a freelancer on online platforms. Among my skills, I offer some services as a Virtual Assistant in general, as described below:
FINANCIAL ASSISTANT:
- Issuance of Invoices: Send me the system data along with the sales information and I will issue the invoices for you.
- Excel Spreadsheets: Accounts Payable and Receivable, Statement of Cash Flow and Statement of Income for the Year.
- Bank Reconciliation (Excel): Send me all the information necessary to carry out entries to better understand and analyze your expenses and receipts.
- Billing via email and whatsapp.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
- Data entry: Word, Excel, Systems, Products (Woocommerce, Shopfy, Wix), among others.
- Retyping: texts from PDF/Image to Word, Excel, Notepad, among others.
- Image: text extraction from any image, background removal.
- Text: 1. Review of texts in English, Spanish and Portuguese; 2. Identification of plagiarism in your text/article/post/e-book; 3. Text formatted in html.
- File conversion: conversion of PDF files to: Word, Excel, Power Point, JPG and vice versa.
- File protection: PDF file protection to prevent printing and/or copying and/or modification and/or access.
I also own two Finance Portals in Portuguese and English called "Portal Infogênio" and "Infogenio Clickbank", respectively. Through the creation of these Portals, I also developed several skills. Amongst them:
- Write posts with SEO techniques for your blog.
- Translation of texts.
