Work Terms
➥ Scope of Work – Services include: virtual assistance, customer chat support, lead generation, e-commerce management, and influencer research. Detailed tasks per project will be agreed in writing before starting.
➥ Turnaround – Standard response 4 hours (chat support). Other tasks: 24–48 hours depending on complexity. Rush requests may incur an extra fee.
➥ Revisions – Two rounds of revisions included for deliverables (e.g., lead lists, influencer reports).
➥ Payment – 50% upfront via Guru SafePay, 50% upon completion. For ongoing support, weekly or monthly billing as agreed. Milestone-based payments for larger projects.
➥ Communication – Primary channel: Guru Messages + agreed platform (Slack, mail, Zoom). Weekly status updates provided.
➥ Confidentiality – Strict NDA adhered to. Client data will not be shared or used outside the project scope.
➥ Termination – Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice. Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
➥ Exclusions – Does not include software subscriptions, ad spend, or third-party fees. The client provides the necessary tools.
➥ Availability – Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM (EST).
➥ Acceptance – Work is deemed accepted if no revision request is made within 5 business days of delivery.
