I'm a Customer Service Agent with almost 3 years with experience in giving useful information, responding to inquiries, and handling concerns to customers and clients. I serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers to make sure that they are happy with the good services, and features offered.
My writing abilities is one of my strongest suits. I've never missed a deadline and I work well under pressure. I have the ability to look at a subject from various angles, which makes me particularly suited to complete my work even in difficult circumstances.
My work ethic and readiness to help out when necessary are my best qualities. Normally, I enjoy working beyond the scope of my job description and taking on any additional duties. I'm not scared to take on a challenging client or complete a job that no one else wants. I don't consider any assignment beneath me, and I'm quite proud of my capacity to intervene and adjust to any circumstance in order to produce the ideal outcomes for the business.

Work Terms

I can work 8-10 hours a day with one day off. I can communicate English well. I can also speak and write Cebuano and Tagalog.
