A confident, reliable and enthusiastic individual, with previous customer service experience, including 3 years managing client accounts for a sports nutrition manufacturer. This included everything from lead generation/initial contact to working with the graphic artist to design labels, manufacturing the products, delivery and repeat orders. Several of these customers have still follow up with me today and are willing to provide references upon request.
I truly love working with clients to help them with any problems or concerns they may have. I am a great communicator, over the phone, face to face and via email. I strive to work well under pressure and love to keep myself, and my workflow organised.
