About

I am an undergrad at Tidewater Community College in Virginia, USA. I have about 10 years of experience in Customer Service. I've worked at one of the largest insurance company in the US. I am pretty experienced in dealing with customer's needs, and going above and beyond their expectations when it comes to my work. I believe in going the extra mile, giving my 101%, when it comes to my job.

I also provide audio transcription services. I am experienced in transcribing, editing, and proofreading calls, whether verbatim or non-verbatim. I am detail-oriented, hardworking and passionate in everything I do.

Work Terms
