Property Management Admin Assistant

With more than 3+ years of working as a Property management Admin assistant I am capable of coordinating, scheduling, documentation and organizing project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. I can help you with:

*Assist and organize construction projects and building maintenance and repair work, including obtaining quotes from vendors, scheduling and coordinating work, and reviewing invoice and approve payment after project completion.
*Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored in company system, including DOB and other paperwork requirements
*Coordination and Partner with the building superintendent to ensure suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations (i.e., cleaning, landscaping, pest control, maintenance, etc.)
*Maintain building preventative maintenance schedule and create work orders when needed and conduct onsite inspection of ongoing project and vacated apartments and common areas as needed or instructed.
*Ensure that all invoices, expense reimbursement, purchase orders are processed timely and accurately.
*Responsible and accountable to promote cooperation between team member by improve and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures between management and all buildings 

*In charge of Maintenance, work order, purchase order  
*Communicate with residents with leasing, maintenance and other concerns. Maintains the utmost confidentiality of all resident, staff, and company information
*Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge in Google Suites
2. Strong organizational skills, great attention to details
3. Great interpersonal skills with Customer services experience
4. Strong time management and consistency in deliverable
5. Basic book-keeping skill and knowledge
6. Experience and knowledge of AppFolio  
7. Knowledge with ADP Payroll system
