Over the course of my employment history, I have developed a passion for Customer Service and I would like to find, as part of my professional and personal ambitions, an opportunity to enhance this experience as a Freelancer. Following my most recent work experience as a Customer Support Supervisor EU (FR and EN), Senior Customer support Agent and IT support agent at Zenimax, Electronic Arts and Micros Fidelio, I developed several Customer Relationship, Management, Organizational and IT skills which I believe to be of good use as an asset to any organisation looking for customer support.
