I am a french native speaker, born and raised in France, with over 8 years’ experience in Customer support. During my youth, I traveled a lot and was raised between French and English speaking countries, such as South Africa and Mauritius. Living in Ireland (for more than 12 years now) has also strengthened and enhanced my complete command of English, in terms of grammar and vocabulary.
Over the course of my employment history, I went through the setup of 2 major European Contact Centers in Ireland, providing support to professionals as well as regular consumers through different mediums such as chat, in-app, phone, mails and online content (Wikis, articles, forums, etc.). I have acquired the ability to adapt my communication style to ensure information is delivered accurately and efficiently, depending on the customer base, mediums and projects. I have also developed an ability to coach and proofread communication from my agents to customers or colleagues.
Following my most recent work experience as a Customer Support Supervisor EU (FR and EN), Senior Customer support Agent and IT support agent at Zenimax, Electronic Arts and Micros Fidelio, I developed several Customer Relationship, Management, Organizational and IT skills which I believe to be of good use as an asset to any organization looking for customer support or any business, technical or casual translation.
I believe myself to be a hard worker with a flexible approach to my work. I am very enthusiastic about the possible opportunity to enhance my experience as a Freelancer
Work Terms
I am flexible in term of hours of operation, and am looking to develop my experience on small to average type of projects.
