  • Executive inbox management, including sorting, flagging, drafting, and sending responses on your behalf
  • Calendar management, including scheduling, rescheduling, and conflict resolution across time zones
  • Meeting agenda preparation and post-meeting notes or action item documentation
  • Business correspondence drafting, including proposals, follow-up mails, and formal letters
  • Travel research, including flight options, accommodation, and itinerary compilation
  • Vendor and supplier communication coordination on your behalf
  • Contract and document formatting, proofreading, and version control
  • Expense report compilation and basic bookkeeping support
  • Confidential data handling, including sensitive business documents and personnel records
  • Liaison coordination between departments, clients, and external partners via mail and chat
  • Pursuit logging of pending action items and deadlines to ensure nothing is missed
  • Presentation preparation and slide formatting for meetings and pitches
