Work Terms
I am available 30–40 hours/week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs. I can work in PST, EST, or GMT+8 and am open to both short-term and long-term projects.
Communication:
I maintain clear, professional, and timely communication via chat or calls. I provide regular updates on tasks and project progress to ensure seamless collaboration.
Response Time:
I respond to messages as soon as I receive them. For urgent matters, I am reachable for quick support as agreed.
Scope of Work:
I provide administrative support, virtual assistance, customer service, booking management, e-commerce operations, data entry, project support, and other related tasks as discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
Rates & Payment:
My rate is $6-$8, payable via PayPal, Payoneer, Wise transfer, bank transfer, etc. Payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement.
Revisions & Adjustments:
I offer revisions and adjustments within the agreed scope of work to ensure client satisfaction. Any work beyond the original agreement will be billed separately.
Confidentiality:
All client information, project details, and data are handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice of 10 days, with compensation for work completed up to that point.
