As a Product Documentation & Brand Communication Specialist, I work at the intersection of product clarity, user empathy, and brand narrative. My work consistently helps companies reduce support tickets by 30–50%, accelerate onboarding, and improve stakeholder confidence by making products easier to understand, easier to use, and easier to trust.

I don’t just “write documentation” or “create content.” I design communication systems that:

Work Terms

Hours of Operation

Primary Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM WAT (West Africa Time)

Timezone Advantage:
Positioned perfectly between Europe and the Americas for seamless collaboration:

UK/Europe: 1 hour behind (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT)
US East Coast: 6 hours behind (2:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST)
US West Coast: 9 hours behind (11:00 PM – 9:00 AM PST)

Flexibility:
Available for scheduled calls outside standard hours to accommodate US/Australia time zones.
Weekend work available for urgent projects with advance notice (48-hour minimum).

Response Times
Project inquiries: Within 24 hours
Active project communications: Within 12 hours on business days
Urgent requests: Within 4 hours during working hours


Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit upfront before work begins
- 50% upon final delivery and approval
- Payment due within 7 days of invoice

Retainer Agreements:
- Monthly payment in advance on the 1st of each month
- Covers agreed-upon hours/deliverables per contract
- Additional work billed separately at hourly rate

Hourly Consulting:
- Invoiced bi-weekly for hours worked
- Payment due within 7 days of invoice
- Minimum 2-hour engagement for ad-hoc consulting

Payment Methods Accepted:
- Guru.com secure payment
- Bank transfer (preferred for international clients)
- PayPal (client covers transaction fees)
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, USDC) for international payments


Late Payment Policy:
Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a 5% late fee and pause active work until payment is received.

Preferred Communication Style
Primary Channels (in order of preference):

1. Slack/Microsoft Teams - Best for: Ongoing projects, quick questions, collaboration with your team
2. Video Calls (Zoom/Google Meet) - Best for: Kickoff meetings, complex discussions, stakeholder interviews, milestone reviews
3. WhatsApp/Telegram - Best for: Time-sensitive updates on active projects only
