Client provides brand name, industry, target audience, competitors (if any), and long-term vision.
2. Strategy & Concept Development
Initial concepts are developed based on positioning and brand direction.
3. Refinement Phase
Revisions are applied according to the selected package.
4. Final Delivery
Approved files are delivered in high resolution formats.
Payment Terms
• All projects are handled through Guru SafePay.
• Fixed price projects require funded milestones before work begins.
• Large projects may be divided into structured milestones.
• Work begins once the first milestone is funded.
Revisions
• Revisions are limited to the number included in your selected package.
• Additional revisions outside scope may incur an extra fee.
• Major concept changes after approval may require a new milestone.
File Delivery
Final files typically include:
• PNG (transparent)
• JPG (high resolution)
• SVG / Vector file
• PDF (if applicable)
Editable source files are included only in applicable packages.
Turnaround Time
• Initial concepts: 3–5 business days
• Revisions: 1–3 business days
• Larger brand systems: Timeline discussed before start

No work is delivered before milestone funding.
