I’m Minki Viljoen Founder Assistant Hub — a dynamic and hands-on professional with over 20 years of experience supporting businesses across recruitment, procurement, marketing coordination, executive assistance, and property management.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with incredible teams at companies like Leroy Merlin SA and Pam Golding Properties, where I honed my skills in streamlining operations, managing marketing strategies, and keeping fast-moving businesses organized and on track.

Today, I combine that experience with a strong focus on virtual assistance — helping business owners, executives, and property professionals stay on top of their calendars, digital communication, travel, admin, and small projects. I love being the person behind the scenes who keeps everything running smoothly.

I also offer property management support, from coordinating tenants and leases to scheduling maintenance, managing listings, and making sure the day-to-day details don’t fall through the cracks. I know how much time and energy it takes to manage a property — and I’m here to help lighten that load.

On top of all that, I’m passionate about digital content and creative marketing, and I’m always learning new tools and trends to bring fresh ideas to the table — whether it’s for social media, listings, or client communications.
