Work Terms
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM WAT (West Africa Time)
Flexible for urgent tasks and can accommodate other time zones with advance notice.
Available for part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time (40 hrs/week) arrangements.
PAYMENT TERMS:
• Hourly Rate: $10 - $25/hour (negotiable based on project scope)
• Fixed-price projects accepted with 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
• Weekly or bi-weekly payments preferred for ongoing contracts
• Payment via Guru SafePay or agreed platform
• Invoices provided for all completed work
