Step 1: A specialist auditor performs the primary QA (Video/Audio/Text).

Step 2: A Senior Lead conducts a spot-check audit to ensure 100% adherence to your specific guidelines and cultural nuances. If we miss a pre-agreed requirement, we provide immediate re-work at no additional cost.

3. Workflow & Communication

Kick-off: For complex QA tasks, we prefer a brief initial sync or a recorded briefing (Loom/Video) to align on "edge cases" and subjective quality standards.

Updates: We provide daily or milestone-based status reports via Guru’s WorkRoom to keep you informed of progress and any identified blockers.

Hourly: For ongoing HITL/evaluation work, we provide transparent time logs and weekly invoicing.
