I bring an experience of 8 years of working as a Virtual Property Manager and Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I have worked with the biggest rental and properties. I have assisted clients with managing Residential Properties (Single Family Homes, Multi-Family Properties, Apartment Complexes, and condominiums), Vacation Rentals, and Commercial Rentals by performing several tasks regularly, which involve but are not limited to: 

  1. 1. Assistance with Property Purchase Phase. 
  2. 2. Coordinating Maintenance, Repairs, and Property Renovations. 
  3. 3. Advertising and Marketing Properties for rent and for sale. 
  4. 4. Lead Handling: Searching for sale and rent leads through various online sources. 
  5. 5. Rent Collection. 
  6. 6. Complete Accounting including Bank reconciliation. 
  7. 7. Communicating with tenants through calls, texts, and emails. 
  8. 8. Vendor Management. 
  9. 9. Utilities and Billing Management and Tracking. 
  10. 10. Creating Reports on a regular basis. 
  11. 11. Maintaining the Company's Financial accounts. 
  12. 12. Creating documents as per specification (Leases, Notices, Contracts). 
  13. 13. Data Entry/Maintenance and updating company software on a regular basis. 
  14. 14. Creating contractor and employee payrolls. 
  15. 15. Creating annual tax reports. 
  16. 16. Managing Vacation Rentals using Airbnb.

I have hands-on experience working in MS Office, Freshbooks, Quickbooks, Salesforce, Buildium, AppFolio, Propertymeld, Propertyware, RealeFlow, Google Apps, Zoho Apps, Peachtree, communication software (Skype, Pinger, RingCentral, and others), remote desktop software (Log Me In, Join Team Viewer), GoTo Meeting, GoTo Training, GoTo Webinar, Podio, Powtoons, GoAnimate, Camtasia, Asana, JIRA, and Wrike.
