• Management and execution of the entire Recruiting process (developing a profile together with the position leader, dissemination (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), screening, interview, follow-up and feedback with candidates, etc.);
• Development and execution of the entire Onboarding process as well as the standardization of training processes;
• Development and structuring of processes: attraction and selection, admission, onboarding, training, and termination;
