I have been working in an online travel agency for 5 years, I joined when it was a start-up, therefore, I was exposed to a number of skills including Customer Service, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Administrative duties, Email and call center management, Social Media management and appointment setting among others. I decided to start freelancing as I realized all these skills and abilities are required by a number of people within and outside my country. Freelancing will grant me the flexibility I need to finish my Master's Degree, I have always worked with minimum or no supervision and always deliver so you can trust me with your work.
